When is a Refund Allowed
Refund: Implies the returning OR adjusting of funds received by TechInHost (adjustment to any present or future service with TechInHost).
If you are not happy with our "web hosting services", you can seek a refund within 30 days of your order. Domain name registration and SSL certificates are not included in the definition of "web hosting," as these are tangible goods.
If you are unhappy with our services, you will receive a full refund of your hosting account during the 30-day money-back guarantee period. However, any request for a refund must be accompanied by sufficient evidence that the service we supplied did not meet your expectations and that you informed us of this (through trouble tickets you created with reference).
This excludes cancellation or termination of the service for reasons other than service quality by TechInHost or by you. such as altering your intention to rename a website or terminating service as a result of spamming or other illegal behaviour.

When is a Refund Not Acceptable
When a customer violates the terms of their contract with TechInHost, the service may be cancelled. These elements include exploiting your website for spamming, phishing, or other related actions that overburden servers or harm our reputation. TechInHost will make every effort to keep you updated and give you the possibility to resolve such problems at your end.
Alterations to your plans, such as renaming a website for commercial or other purposes. Once purchased, a domain name is valid for the paid time (normally one year). Credits for domains are not returnable.

Additional General Requirements
All requests for refunds should be sent to our billing or sales departments and include information about the service and the intended payment form. In order to safeguard its business and the interests of other clients using the same server, TechInHost reserves the right to decide each case on the merits.
We'll do everything we can to get you your money back as soon as possible. TechInHost is not liable for any banking-related issues that arise from incorrectly providing an account number or from temporary net banking failure.

Email inquiry responses
The return email address is used to respond to emails that visitors submit to TechInHost with questions. The return email address is not used by TechInHost for any other purposes, and it is not disclosed to any third parties.

Special Situations
It is against TechInHost policy to utilise or divulge personal data about Visitors. TechInHost, however, may divulge personal data about Visitors or details about your use of the Services or Web site accessed through our Services for any reason, such as: to respond to legal processes, such as the Electronic Communications Privacy Act, regulations, or requests from governmental or law enforcement bodies for such information; to identify, contact, or otherwise deal with violators of the law.
